Privacy Policy
This policy describes what parallelworks.io collects, why, and how it's handled. It applies to this website only — client engagements are governed by their own agreements.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us: the details you submit through the partner application or contact form (your name, work email, company, and your answers about the engagement), and the email address you provide when requesting access to the named portfolio. We do not run third-party analytics or behavioral tracking on this site.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, assess fit for a working relationship, and — for portfolio access requests — to verify who's asking and to grant or revoke access. We don't use your information for marketing lists, and we don't send unsolicited email.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your information. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf to operate this site — website hosting and email delivery — each limited to the function it performs. Named-portfolio access records (email, request time, and verification status) are retained so we can enforce the terms of that access.
Retention
Inquiry and application records are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Portfolio access codes expire seven days after issue; verified access tokens expire on the same schedule.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you're located, additional rights may apply under frameworks such as the GDPR or CCPA — we honor those requests regardless of jurisdiction.
