// 01 The problem
The problem.
Launch as designed and the site would feel orphaned from the family it was about to join; redesign later and the client pays twice. The answer was a bridge, not a rebuild.
// 02 The approach
The approach.
Align the foundations now, soften the visuals before launch, polish after the parent platform ships.
// 03 Delivery
What was implemented.
- A visual delta map: every place the sub-brand could align with the future system, and every place its own identity should hold.
- Shared design tokens - typography, spacing, component rules - mapped directly into the WordPress build with the development team.
- A three-phase bridge plan: core alignment in the current build, tone softening pre-launch, optional polish post-launch.

Results.
The launch proceeded without a second full-site redesign.
A shared foundation of 12 design tokens aligned the two builds.
One delta map became the reference for design and development reviews.
