// A national infrastructure services company

Off legacy, onto WordPress.

A national infrastructure services company on an aging .NET platform needed a full migration to WordPress - with no disruption to a business that runs on its site.

Business challenge

A national infrastructure company's corporate site ran on aging .NET - and the business couldn't afford a wobble while it moved.

Scope

Platform migration, front-end build, systems integration, launch.

Capabilities involved

Web Design & Development, Integrations & Automation.

Generic infrastructure website with careers and locations views
// Interface study — generic, unbranded representation

// 01 The problem

The problem.

The site was the company's front door: fourteen pages of corporate presence, a careers platform wired into enterprise HR systems, maps, forms - all on a platform reaching end of life. The migration had to be total and invisible at the same time: every page rebuilt faithfully, every integration reconnected, and the cutover staged so the business never felt it.

A design system was already approved. The job was execution discipline: build exactly what was designed, integrate what the business runs on, and ship on the deadline.

// 02 The approach

The approach.

Stage everything, integrate carefully, launch boring. A migration that makes the news is a migration that failed.

// 03 Delivery

What was implemented.

  • The full site rebuilt on WordPress + Elementor Pro: homepage, about, careers, and the complete page set, faithful to the approved design system.
  • Custom components for the design's signature elements, including the carousel and full-width split layouts.
  • Careers integration: the visual careers experience connected to the enterprise HR job feed.
  • Maps and location functionality, plus form backends with routing and acknowledgment.
  • Content migration from client source documents, page by page, under staging review.
  • A staged launch: staging reviews, content lock, and cutover to the live domain on deadline.

// 05 Results

Results.

Fourteen pages migrated with no reported production downtime.

Careers, maps, and forms were live at launch rather than deferred.

The site launched on the committed cutover date after three staged reviews.
